Room for 2 in Camps Bay

I can’t sleep there room because of Mosquito

It was more than expected. Our host Maria was so kind and helpful. It was spotless (the cleanest place I’ve stayed in to date, we stayed in a luxury villa in Camps Bay last year and this surpassed that stay in terms of cleanliness and hosting). There was lots of cupboard space. Maria prepared a tray in the kitchen ready for the morning with mugs, coffee / tea, sugar and a tin of biscuits. She wasn’t intrusive but was present if needed.

I was unsure of sharing a bathroom, however, I was never inconvenienced by it being occupied despite their being other guests. Plus there was an additional toilet and hand basin so if one hadn’t been available the other would be free. The hosts have their own bathroom too.

The view of the sunset was particularly spectacular.

A long walk down and back to the beach and restaurants, but i knew that when i booked.

Verry friendly owners living in the same house. You become part of the family. More for the alternative travellers that enjoy living with the family. The tranquillity of the area and at the accommodation is fantastic and the view is amazing also. I will go back as soon as possible. Safe area to. Parking outside and not closed but perfectly fine. Do NOT think to be in a hotel or guest house. You are with the family in one house. ❤️

There is no mosquito net in front of the window. It would help a lot to prevent them from keeping you awake. So, bring your own net, and the problem is solved. Hakuna matata in Africa.

I had such a lovely stay here! The accommodation is super nice and cozy, with absolutely fabulous views that make you feel at peace instantly. The hosts are an elderly couple (very old), but incredibly kind and welcoming. They reminded me so much of my own grandparents, and staying with them felt like being wrapped in gentle care. Maria, one of the hosts, always made sure I had a warm cup of tea in my hands, which I found so sweet and comforting. You get access to the fridge, which is convenient, but just note that the kitchen itself isn’t included. That said, it really doesn’t take away from how great the place is. If you ever visit, please be kind and considerate to them, they truly deserve all the help and respect in the world. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, beautiful, and filled with warmth. Ps : bring mosquitoes spray hahaha
