Cottage by the Sea: Pagnotto Shellback House

The house is so comfortable, clean, and well decorated and the host was available if needed. The location was fantastic! Loved the music, books, and games.

We like the kitchen, spacious and dining area accommodation all of us.

Probably the backyard, grasses were long but no worries.

We loved how beautifully designed the cottage is. It is very peaceful and well thought out. Every detail is perfect. We felt right at home and would love to stay at this cottage again the next time we travel to Oak Island! Also our contact with the host, Mike was excellent. He made sure we had everything that we needed and responded quickly to any questions we had. He also left helpful notes in the cottage of things that we might like to do on the island, which turned out to be great suggestions!

Close to the beach but not too close (more privacy). Every need was thought of (toiletries, utensils coffee etc.) enjoyed the beach chairs and boogie board also.

Nothing.

Loved everything about our stay: the easiness to check in, the communication with the owner, the welcoming atmosphere, the cleanliness, the location, the value for money and comfort. You have literally everything there, and the care about the guests is outstanding. 15 min walk to the beach. Shops/restaurants within a short drive distance. Quiet surroundings.

The main property picture is a bit misleading: you might think you'll be living above the water, and you're definitely not.
