The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we appreciated having access to both the pool and hot tub during our stay.

We were disappointed with our experience. Our check-in time was 3:00 PM, yet no rooms were ready for our family or several other guests upon arrival. We ended up waiting nearly two hours before we could finally settle in and relax. Unfortunately, the staff seemed to treat the delay as normal, which was frustrating considering the price we paid and the level of service we expected. Additionally, the pool area had no towels available, forcing guests to either wait around to dry off or return to their rooms for towels. Breakfast accommodations were also lacking. Seating was very limited despite the hotel regularly hosting large tour buses and high volumes of guests. Overall, we feel the hotel could improve its organization and guest accommodations significantly.
