I liked the fact that the property owner was responsive to my needs and that it is conveniently located by many shops and grocery stores.

I am use to the property owner having a "Welcome Binder"; in this binder there should be the location of grocery stores and other attractions in the area; along with this it would have been GRATE if there was a water filter system or in the welcome binder as to were to purchase a system. Not the property owners fault or can control; there are intermittent power outages and no hot water most of my stay.Even with the electricity and water issue I am planning on returning; and if the property own will have me back I plan on staying there.
