"Very good"

Location is main advantage of this place. Noli is mainly Italian place for vacation. 85% of Hosts in restaurants and hotels don't speak English, google translate will save your time. Paid parking is very close from Alberto, what is very good point.

We were in July, and missed an air conditioner a lot. As we spent only one night it was not crucial, but for longer periods it could be tough and we are from Canada and used to have fresh cool air 24/7.

"Simple cozy place"

Super friendly staff. Location is ideal Love the fact of having breakfast (included) at a real bar (in the same street of the hotel). Simple location, but able to satisfy all the needs

The only thing I can say is that I had a lot of light coming through the window during the whole night, but not a terrible issue

"It’s a nice place to stay, all that you need are kust right there. The guy whose in the reception is so accomodating he"

It’s near to the beach and it’s inside the town so everything that you need is all in one place.

It’s not about the property but the town itself, there’s no other access if you don’t have a car going there you will walk from Spotorno-Noli Station, we saw a bus but it’s from Savona.
