In der Buchung stand Erdgeschoss mit Terrasse und das Zimmer war im 2. Stock ohne eigene Terrasse oder Balkon. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, es gab Schimmel und das Bett war kaputt (Lattenrost gebrochen, Bettdecke beschädigt), es fehlte jegliche Ausstattung und Komfort.
