Hotel was closed on arrival. There was no way to get in touch with them. Booking.com should audit the hotels it lists on it's portal. Else the goodwill of your portal will be lost.

Your portal does not audit it's listed hotels. It has happened couple of times.

The staff behaviour is horrible. They did not accept the discount of ₹300 given by Bookings.com and didn't let us stay and we even lost the pre payment that we had done as required. Very rude behaviour of staff, no concern for safety of female or any reputation of hotel also. Truly horrible experience. I totally lost ₹870 also that I had made payment before reaching as per the request of the staff.

Staff behaviour is very bad. No concern for people, female or time of travellers. Didn't even return our money after not letting us stay there even though we had booked priorly.
