Noisy with cars coming and going Sliding door to patio didn’t open and the only rubbish bin was on the patio so had to use the window to get there

The location to my destination was good.

There were no clear instructions on how to get to the apartment which is in a large complex. The uber drove around for 10minutes looking, even the buildings are not clearly marked. The apartment is on the 3rd floor which again isn't mentioned in the listing. There are no elevators which means I had to get my luggage up 3 flights of stairs, at night. The apartment had a line of ants going right through it, I had to spray doom which luckily was available inside the cupboards. There was no coffee, tea or basic amenities that would make the stay comfortable. I couldn't even find a pair of scissors to cut the plastic off my bag.
