A lovely private country setting with a well-stocked and comfortable property. We loved Nellie the horse.

Wagtail is definitely a must stay. It has a unique appeal with the cosy cottage vibe and a paddock straight out your door to admire the horses. The huge bath at the front is a very nice touch and having breakfast included is handy as well. You do feel you have your own privacy while knowing if you have any queries you will get the communication you need. All in all a great short stay.

The location is in-between Sale and the 90 mile beaches, however if you enjoy calmer waters other beaches are a bit of a drive.

A beautifully presented property in secluded surrounds. Lovely little touches that made you feel welcome. A generous breakfast.

Fantastic for a couples weekend with the outdoor twin bath with privacy blinds looking at the garden nature the beautiful horse “Gypsy” The decor and facilities and the northern view from the most comfortable bed, waking up to the rooster birds was awesome The little touches like bacon eggs & bread in the fridge just topped off the stay, pity it was for one night on the day of flooding rain.

Location was good although you would need a car to get to it. Everything you could need for a short stay was provided and the outside bath was a real bonus.
