We had an amazing time at such a serene establishment and I have wooed my friends who always vacation at Saint Helena Bay to do a short left by you to get a doze of unimaginable stillness. I further enjoyed being surrounded by the wilderness and buying a souvenir when I checked out. I bought my friend a phone holder with a Xham painting and everyone is raving about its craftsmanship and the raw story behind it. Thank you soo much to your kind and the welcoming staff, thank to especially to Rose..what a hospitable host.

Nothing at all..it ticked all my boxed beyond expectations.

Einzigartige Unterkunft mitten im Busch. Die komfortablen Häuser sind so gebaut, das man Privatsphäre hat. Die grossen Glasfronten ermöglichen Weitblick in die Natur und auf die vorbei ziehenden Tiere. Im Hotpot zu sitzen und bei einem guten Glas Wein in den Sternenhimmel zu schauen ist unbezahlbar! Das Dinner Package und das Frühstück wahren fantastisch. Die ganze Anlage, das Freiluftmuseum und auch die Tour mit dem Guide sind absolut lohnenswert. Herzliches Personal und einwandfreie Kommunikation vor Anreise haben dieses Erlebnis abgerundet.

Nichts, rundum perfekt!

The unit is stylishly decorated and has all the amenities that you need for a great self-catering stay. We felt safe on the property and they have a night patrol and the gates are locked at night. The staff are hands-on and helpful, and you are met with the usual South African friendliness. The bed was probably the best bed we have slept on during our entire 5 week holiday in SA. The fan was helpful, but we were not there in the peak of Summer heat, but I think if we were, an aircon would have been great. I understand it is a nature reserve, but at the minimum a pool is necessary for SA heat. Some units have a hot tub, but SA has mostly beautiful weather, so a hot tub meets the needs of the cold weather that is only a few months a year. The location was amazing, just a 1 hour drive from CPT.

A guest pool at reception/restaurant would have made it the perfect accommodation. We drove about an hour out to go to the West Coast National park for the day and it was the best part of our trip - take an umbrella and some lunch and you'll have the best day - this was our way to cool down from the heat! The couch was horrible to sit to, it needs replacing.

Wir waren gespannt wie die neuen Cottages im Vergleich zu den Luxuszelten früher waren und waren angenehm überrascht. Wundervolle Lage und Ruhe. Wirklich sehr gute Ausstattung . Vor allem der Hot Tub war wirklich toll. Wir würden jederzeit wieder zu Besuch kommen.

Beautiful, very comfortable accommodation with warm and welcoming staff. Excellent food in the restaurant (breakfast and lunch) and a very generous, thoughtfully prepared dinner basket. !Khwa ttu is a very special place, and staying overnight enabled us to make the most of it.
