Clean, quiet,close to train station, bus station.

The instructions from the hosts on how to self check-in were very specific and easy. The property is in a very good location, close to both the city centre and the train station. The bedroom was nice and the bed was averagely comfortable. The existing facilities (washing machine, hair drier, coffe machine) can be helpful.

To me, the pictures presented the appartment as being recently renovated and clean, which is not really the case. The aplartmemt is old with some bits and pieces of it being renovated. In the bathroom, the bathtub is quite old and used which gives a dirty vibe. In addition, the tiles in the bathroom are dirty and the stand for the wc brush is very old and rusty. Water from the shower will splash all over the floor and which will become slippery. There was no mop to clean that during my stay. To the host, recommend removing that glass panel and replacing it with a basic shower curtain. The tiles in the lobby/kitchen area are also dirty and visible. In light of the above, the price per night seems now as a bit too much. I’ve uploaded photos from the bathroom and the lobby/kitchen. The first three(orange floor, bathtub and brush) are from the bathroom, while the last one is from the lobby/kitchen area.
