Avoid. They didnt have a room for me in spite of the booking. They sent me to another place saying i would have a room they but the other places had no idea and didnt hace a place for me either. All this during a rainy evening.

This is a lovely little hostel, with exceptional staff who treated me like family from the outset. The room I had (a triple room with private bathroom) was clean and the beds were very comfortable, with lots of blankets which kept me warm even though it was fairly chilly during my time there. The host Estella offered me coca tea, and coffee, and breakfast each morning and allowed me to leave my belongings at the hostel until quite late on the day of my check out which was perfect. The price is exceptional for what you get.

I personally sleep very deeply and noise doesn't bother me at all but for those of you who are lighter sleepers - it is very noisy - the hostel is behind a club, with live music most nights til quite late. I found this lovely - to fall asleep to live music was wonderful, but keep this in mind if you struggle with noise at night. It was difficult to find initially and I had to call - you have to enter through the club - there is a doorbell on the side but I didn't notice it as it is not obvious at all. Other than this - perfect!

Spacious room, friendly staff always smiling, nice simple breakfast, comfy bed. Good value for money given the prices of other places in cusco.

Shower pressure and temperature was temperamental. There was noise from the restaurant next to the hostel although it stopped around 10-11. Would have been nice to have a window in the top of the door to let in some daylight/fresh air as there was no window to tell if it was night or day.

It was cheap.

The hostel is located behind a live music venue; great if you love Peruvian music, not great if you like sleep. The breakfast was also very basic and the common areas were spartan.

Perfect location, 1 block away from Plaza de Armas, Staff is very helpful, even though we need to use Google translate.

The WiFi and the signal in general was really low. Don’t recommend it if you’re looking for a place to do remote work. Also it’s inside a sort of local restaurant/bar, so you’ll be walking in the restaurant before arriving to the hostel, and there’s noise coming from that area.
