The place is perfect to get to visit Anda and the host is very kind and helpful

1) Excellent wifi, good enough to work online with video calls. Angela told us that a previous bad review was due to a cyclone that affected the whole island. We stayed for almost a week and never had a connexion issue! This is exceptional for the country, so if you're coming to work as a digital nomad, this is the place for you! It might even be the only place in town! 2) Angela is simply adorable and very helpful! 3) The room was good enough and clean. No problem at all with water pressure or the bathroom! 4) Free water, hot or cold! 5) A small shared outdoor area, with a private table on the family balcony. 6) You could order very basic breakfast and lunch (plain rice and fried chicken) for only 150 PHP, which is much cheaper than the restaurants in town.

1) The location isn't awful, you can walk to the beach in about 15-20 minutes, but it does feel quite far from the town center by foot (15-20 minutes as well and it's hot), so it's better to wait for a few seconds or minutes to take a tuktuk (20 PHP per trip). 2) Bring a sleeping mask if you like to sleep in the dark! 3) You already know there's no kitchen in the room. But the family doesn't sell dinner. The restaurants in town are expensive for what they are and usually close very early (between 5 and 7 pm). Since we were always working in the evening, we asked if we could pay extra (at any price) just to cook some rice or very basic stuff in the kitchen, which is isolated from the rest of the house and always empty in the evening, but it wasn't possible either. So we had to skip dinner or eat instant noodles every day —we did both for a week. Made us feel like we were in a hotel, not a homestay, but without the convenience of being able to order some food at night. Angela is the best, though, so even if it were only to support her and her family, you should come to this very peaceful place, especially if you have your own vehicle or want to rent a scooter every day (400 PHP).

Erica, she is so nice and friendly. We chose to have breakfast there and her pankakes were amazing! Big room, spacious. The dogs owners are lovely. Free water. They have issues with water pressure. Sometimes hot water is not working or shower is not having enough pressure to have water. They have cubes to solve this need. Angela helped us provide contacts and suggestions for trips.

very clean bedroom with comfortable bed. enjoyed the balcony with a free coffee each morning. hosts were lovely and friendly and helpful, the dogs are cute too.

Affordable stay and friendly staff. Not very far from the town proper.

Had to complain for the water heater but it wasn't a big issue.

The location. not far from the beach and other main attractions. Kind and friendly hosts. Pure hospitality. Possibility to rent scooters from here. free water refill, coffee and crackers. Big and Clean rooms. They give a lot of useful info about the location. which is really good to know.

The WIFI can be better.

Friendly staff, clean and simple room. Great base in Anda.

15 minute walk to the centre of anda. Not an issue for me personally, but may be for some if you don’t have your own transport. Though very easy to hire a scooter in Anda 350-500 PHP per day.

It's very new and clean. The staff are friendly and I'd recommend it.

Lovely owner and staff in a really clean place. Everything worked: aircon, shower, etc. Close to town, so it's convenient for all your Anda activities. They have a relationship with local motorbike rental place for fair prices and efficient service. Would stay again.

We had a great time! Angela and Erica were both so lovely and helpful! There was always someone around if we had any questions or just wanted to have a chat. There was free coffee in the morning and Angela even made us traditional hot chocolate. Located a bit outside, but only a 10-15 minute walk to the center, which we loved. They also helped us to rent a scooter to get around. The room was very clean and spacios, there was hot water in the shower and free WiFi. We would love to stay there again!
