Receptionist was so rude and impatient

The Ac was spoilt... Chairs were broken... Room is not ventilated.. Not good for someone who has claustrophobia.... The rooms ar too small for an imperial suite..... And not worth the price

Good AC, good foam

Non workable intercom in my room - Emmanuella room; no running hot water; one light switch faulty that the light couldn't go off all thru the night.
