The location and the cleaning

There was no water

Room was OK, the AC was very good and the room has no odour, also very clean

The breakfast was poor and the way it was served, in a plastic to cover the food, very poor presentation. The bar section is leaking and it need fixing, that leaking was bad for an impression for business

Bad arrangement of room provided.

Water leakage, which could be dangerous. The room was ill-planned, as the stairs to the bathroom were not constructed well. The facility is lousy.

Location not far from main road and one could walk around to nearby stores and shops. Staff are okay, environment is clean.

The toilets and rooms without floor mats or towels. Toilets shower does not have hand held telescopic shower.

The neatness, serenity end proximity to the road.

Tha parking space in the facility and the rooms are not so spacious. The water heater of two of the rooms we got was also not functioning well.

Electricity supply was surprisingly good

The toiletry could be better
