Great place, modern and spacious bathroom, hot water, A/C.

Good location. Room was clean and nicely decorated.

WiFi is something everyone needs as soon as they get into the room. This was particularly true of this room because cell reception did not exist. I thought I looked everywhere, carefully for WiFi instructions and finally did a chat with owner to get the network and password. She gave it to me and sent a photo of a portion of one of the sheets of information in the apartment. In hindsight, it was clearly there. In the usual frenzy of activity of moving in, it was easily overlooked. I recommend posting a separate, clearly visible note with the WiFi information.

The apartment was very clean and the location was easy to find, near the centre but in a quiet area. The apartment never got too hot in the morning because the apartment I was in was west facing. The internet went down and when I messaged the owner, they rang the internet provider straight away and I had internet again within 45 minutes to an hour, which was really great because I imagine if I'd had any other problems they would have been on top of the situation really quickly which is nice to be reassured about. There was plenty of storage so if you stayed for longer there was lots of space to put your clothes

The fridge is near the bed so when it started to make noise I heard it straight away and when I slept lightly it woke me up (but this only happened once during the night in the 1 out of 4 nights I stayed there) I wasn't able to connect my Chromecast on the internet because of various restrictions but I'm not too upset about it because it meant I read instead.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Furniture in perfect condition. The hosts are responsive, caring, respond immediately to messages. Towels are white, in all required sizes. Bed linen is fresh.

Casa Nocchi is well located and an easy walk from the Lucca train station and all of the attractions of the old city. It is very comfortable with the largest shower recess that I have experienced in Italy!

A few more linens (hand towels and a dish cloth of some sort) and real dishes please (offers a microwave and fridge which is great but not a plate, cutlery or real glasses other than very small ones for cafe). the plastic cups were very flimsy and I don't like using disposable plastic cups so I didn't. A few extra coffee pods for the machine would have been great too. The neighbours were VERY loud when I stayed there.

convenient location to Lucca town and the Mura di Lucca. was clean and had good facilities available for cooking. there are shutters on the windows for night-time to block out light in the morning

opposite another guest house which did get a bit noisy at night. the curtains are quite seethrough and as the apartment is on the ground floor privacy can be a bit of an issue.

great position near train station and central town.large bright room. from train station enter town through gate. Walk ahead to via Garibaldi. Head right to via Della Dogana small street on Left, casa Nocchi on the first corner. we phoned the host for entry.

The studio was very well kitted out and being located in the old town was very convenient.
