"Nice stay in Lake Havasu"

The property was clean and a nice size for our family. The pool would be nice in a warm day, but was too cold for us. Hot Tub is a nice feature. The location was great.

Didn’t like that we couldn’t control the temperature. It was very cold weekend when we were there. The house was quite chilly. We did not reach out to host because we were having trouble getting a response about other things. Apparently she was out of service area and was not getting our messages. It took more than a week to get our refund back after I messaged her a few times and had to reach out to booking.com as well. She said her policy is up to a week, but website says will be sent back upon exiting the property and after it is checked out by cleaners, which we were told that day, she would have her bookkeeper send it back and we got it back on day 9 after checkout.

This property was amazing and the host was very easy to communicate with. Checking in and out was very easy and the pool was good. Everything was clean and well kept.

Everything was good there is nothing that was bad.

Very clean and comfortable home, plenary of towels.. they even provide things you might forget like, shampoo, conditioner, soap, q-tips, etc!

Shari is easy to communicate with, so it makes the whole experience better. This was our second stay and we will be back more due to everything--location, price, accommodations!

The abundant, beautiful Arizona sunshine makes sleeping in a little difficult since there are only blinds on all the windows. :P
