They provided portable light due to loadshedding. Bed and shower were in good condition

No plan in place for loadsheding. They later started the generator and my room was next to it. That generator was for lights only. Could not charge the cellphone.

"Stressful stay"

The room was clean.

No hot water. The only thing I wanted after a long day and stressful trip. Got up atc3am to shower before next liadshedding and the water remained cold. Very bad coffee in a jar. TV option - poor quality and nothing to watch, if I knew I wold have brought my tablet. Tv not connected to generator so during 2hr loadshedding was left in darkness with a portable lamp and no tv. Had 2 question on booking.com re meals was never answered. On booking.com it states cash payment only. On arrival I was told to give exact cash they .do not have change, else I must wait until after 8am. I was leaving at 6h30. I had to sit there battling to set up eft pmt on my phone. Not ipressed.
