Amplasarea pensiunii, amabilitatea propietarei. Per total, se poate imbunati mult experienta daca s-ar investi un pic mai mult in nevoile turistilor. Mic djun proaspat , insa nu ai drept de a alege ce mananci.

Camera putea fi mai curata ( am gasit la check in: un capac de pix pe pat, ambalaj pe jos de la apa Borsec) Usa de la baie nu se deschidea complet, era "umflata" Nu am primit decat 2 prosoape pentru corp( nici macar 1 in plus pentru a te sterge pe maini), niciun sapunel Micul dejun a fost gustos, insa bauturile se plateau separat...eu nu am mai vazut acest concept la nicio unitate de cazare.

Locația frumoasa, chiar pe pârtie. Camera frumoasa, curata, paturile ok.

Usa la baie nu se închidea, telecomanda televizorului nu avea baterii, micul dejun nu prea bun.

Lipsa sapun baie Hartie igienică 2 role pentru 4 persoane 2 zile Presiune foarte scăzută dus, apă caldă după 5-6 minute de așteptare, duș nereglabil așezat în dreptul unei uși care nu exista la cabina de duș. Telecomanda TV nefuncțională Cel care se ocupa de pensiune a zis că e normal să fie presiunea așa, că lui îi arată 3 atmosfere la rețeaua principală, doar că la duș nu exista presiune, ca și cum apa ar fi venit prin cadere
