Cosy apartment in the center of Sofia

Nice and cozy apartment in a quite area, near the center. Everything was fine, clean and well equipped. If we come back definitely we will choose it again.

The furniture is ok, the design is nice, modern. The owner is replying fast to any inquiries.

There were only 3 towels for 4 persons, there was no shower gel.

The apartment is in a really good location for people who like to walk, or ones that prefer public transport. The city center is a 10-15 minute walk away, and theres also a metro station within 1-2 mins. The neighbourhood is quiet, and theres a few markets and pastry shops nearby. Having parking within the building (although its extra pay) is really convenient also, although you won't have to use your car at all when staying here. I also like the layout of the appartment, but I wouldn't necesarily recommend it for a group of 4 (like us). For two people it would be great. Also, it's a new building which I also consider a plus.

As the appartment is on the final floor, it's way too hot. There is AC, but it doesn't seem to cool the appartment at all. There are also no blinds on the windows in the living room, so if you sleep on the sofa youll get the sun and all its heat on you at 9 AM. Another thing was a weird smell that sometimes originated from the bathroom, but I assume this is from piping.

The apartment was great and clean. It has all tha facilities... The location was excellent, 3 minutes from the metro station and only I stop to the center!!! We definitely recommend the apartment!!! 👌👌👌👌

The apartment is cozy and clean with a nice view of Sofia. Newly renovated and with an elevator which makes it easily accessible. The neighborhood is residential with several shops and small restaurants in the area so it has a nice local vibe.

The balcony is too small, one person can barely stand on it. The apartment is a bit far from the center - around 15 to 25 min walk depending on which part of the center you’re going to. It would have been helpful to receive more and better instructions before arriving to make the check-in and settling in process smoother, including receiving the apartment floor and number, wifi password and most importantly, info on parking. We parked in front of the apartment because the building parking was not functional, and we got our car clamped and had to ask a local for help to call the traffic department and have the car unclamped after paying a fine. Then we went to a nearby parking the host recommended and were told we could only leave the car there for 4 hours, so we then had to find another, farther parking to be able to leave the car all day. This could have been avoided if we had received better and more detailed information from the start. But the host was nice overall and the apartment was pleasant.

The apartment is very nice, clean and equiped with everything we needed, is in a new building, in a quiet area, close to the metro station, two stations away from the city center or 15 min walking. The host was very responsive, we had a very good communication with her :).
