Just location and communication with the owner

We were accommodated at apartment 55,extremely dirty,fridge dirty,dirty towels and bed sheets (also with holes in them)…We sleep on our towels that we bring for beach…

Very disappointing experience. When we arrived to check in, we were told the apartment we booked wasn’t available and had been replaced with a different one 15–20 minutes away—without any prior notice. I chose the original location specifically to be near family, so this completely defeated the purpose. The staff couldn’t provide a proper explanation and just said, “That’s what my boss told me.” We had to cancel and didn’t stay. Completely unprofessional.

The owner called to see when we will check in. No matter it was self-checkin, the owner met us and offered us a better apartment, just next to the one we booked, with no extra cost. Well equipped apartment on a nice location.

Location.

It was dirty. The sofa were one of us was supposed to sleep was dirty. The fridge had weird smell. The kitchenette was dirty. The terrace had something sticky on the floor. The toilet seat was broken. There was no hanger in the bathroom for the towel. The Tv was with some weird android box which was super annoying to work with. When i arrived at 15:00 which was the check in time, the whole floor was wet and when we walk in we left dirty steps everywhere.

Good location. Comfortable bed.

Lacking in facilities IE no kettle, hairdryer, barely any cooking utensils (one pot) so meals cannot be cooked as advertised and only two bowls and a plate.
