It is not said in the advertisement that it is in a basement. There is no fresh air and it is very hard to breath. In the hall way is a very weird smell as well. Also a lot of mosquitos. The towels must have been 20 years old and felt like sandpaper.

The location was great and Vjeko was very kind and let us check in one hour earlier :)

The apartment was ‘underground’ and the window on the side walk level, so it was very noise. The curtains didn’t help either as it didn’t block the lights, so the apartment was very bright in the early morning already. Lastly, an asthmatic person like me might struggle a little with the smell of mold.

Location was good walking distance from city centre and very near the Bacvice beach. The apartment had good lighting.

The apartment was kind of a basement, under the street level, very small but okay for two people. The terrace at the back and the garden could be better.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is even more beautiful in person, everything was clean and tidy. The host was super friendly and always ready to help. Super recommend stay in here if you planing to visit split!

The room was very clean. Appliances were all new. The location is very quiet and a bit far from the old city, but at walkable distance, probably 15 mins. The owner was very friendly and kind.

The building is really old like from the Soviet time, but it didn’t affect our stay that much, because the unit is freshly renovated and looks very good from inside.

The apartment is really well situated (less than 10min to the beach and to the city center) and the fact that there is an air conditioning is a huge advantage. Moreover, Vjeko was very nice and gave us some useful address (restaurants, tourism office,...) . However, the garden and the terrasse are shared and not private. And some dishes weren't clean when we arrived. Plus as the apartment is situated in the basement, the windows are on the side-walk level so unfortunately we can't open them (but the air-conditioning is working really well so no problem with the temperature) We would still recommend this place : Nice location and nice room for a nice price
