well at time to make the check out, they said that one towel was missing, so it was so embarrasing, sorry my english is not so good because I am from Costa Rica

USThe staff was excellent. Mike was especially professional and very helpful. Merlin was also attentive to detail and cordial. The food was excellent especially the complimentary breakfasts.

The room didn't have an electrical outlet that worked... And I could smell the septic a little bit...

the first morning there wasn’t any fruits for breakfast, which is something really strange in a country like Costa Rica. We showed our dissatisfaction and still on the second day, they still didn’t have any but they went to the market to get some, we hope that they maintain having fruits for breakfast for the next customers. the wifi on our room didn’t work.
