Frukosten var god.

Personen som checkade in mig var väl inte jätteglad när jag bad om att få byta rum. Tyckte standarden på rummet var lägre än vad bilderna gav sken av. Kändes som ett vandrarhem, men till ett högre pris. Det gillade inte receptionisten att jag påpekade. Hon tyckte jag skulle vara nöjd med vad jag fått och gav mig inget annat rum, då skulle det kosta extra. Normalt sett om en kund är missnöjd brukar man uppgradera eller låta kunden få ett annat rum. Det var inte fullbelagt ska tilläggas. Konstig inställning, vad tjänar man som hotellägare på detta? Inget! Vill man komma tillbaka? Nej!
