Belltower CSheLi Suites Bantay - Vigan

Location is ok. Breakfast is okay.

Wifi very poor, always no connection. No in- room slippers and no bathroom slippers. Floor is dirty. Water pressure is so weak that almosts no water coming out

The place is nice to stay, the staff was helpful, breakfast was amazing, when the electricity cut off because of rain they have generator for keep the electricity work except the elevator which is ok with me

I don’t see anything is bad or not professional from them side and i will like to book same place in my future visit to vigan

I liked the location of the hotel as it was near the center. It was only a few minutes ride from the heritage site.

For the first night, our shower did not work. We had to borrow a bucket and a dipper. On the second night, we stayed in a different room and the issue we had was that there was no bidet. Oh well. But i still liked my stay there.

The room we had was so spacious for nine pax. But for us the real selling point, apart from the good customer services displayed by the staff, was the two seperate toilets and shower rooms which we found so beneficial and convenient for a large group like us. And not to mention we had breakfast included in the room rate, I must say that it was a good value for money.

We couldn't fault our stay at Bell Tower Suite except for the dust around the aircon vents. But When the receptionist was told about it she sent someone straight away to clean it.
