The staff was respectful and helpful

The bathroom amenities were far below any reasonable standard. The shower was not draining properly, and the facilities felt outdated and poorly maintained. There was no shower gel or soap provided upon arrival, and even after informing the staff, this basic issue was not handled properly. Because of the shower issue, we had to use the shower in another room. The bathroom itself had a strong sewer-like odor, which made the entire stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. Cleanliness and air quality should be a priority. Additionally, the bed was missing pillowcases when we arrived. While the staff did provide them after I requested, this is something that should never be overlooked in the first place. Breakfast was also disappointing—very limited options, essentially just an omelette, with no real variety. Overall, this accommodation does not meet the standards expected for a property listed on Booking, and it is certainly not worth the price.

Locatie frumoasă, curata, situata exact vizavi de Plopii lui Eminescu. Personal amabil. Micul dejun proaspat si bun, inclus in pret.

Zgomotul petrecerilor, cea din locație si cea de la restaurantul Hanul dacilor de peste strada. Alegaturile si tipetele de pe hol ale copiilor aflati cu parintii la petrecere, ce foloseau o camera alăturată. Nu am putut lua masa la locatie din cauza petrecerii. Dificil de gasit parcare cand strada e plina de masinile invitatilor. De luat in calcul ziua in care va cazati in caz ca vreti liniste si ora dv de culcare e mai devreme de 3 dimineața. .La mine a fost sambata.
