Balian Green Lagoon

Typical beach huts with semi-outside bathroom. Very clean. Very warm welcome with personal greeting and fruit and the owner helped us with transportation to next destination. Walk to the beach is not too far.

Please note that Grab bookings aren’t possible in this area!! The main issue that really bothered me was seeing the owner burn large amounts of plastic rubbish right next to our hut in the bushes. This is not okay — it’s extremely harmful to the environment, toxic to breathe, and unpleasant for guests and locals. I advise the owner to help establish a proper waste management system within the local community. We all need to do our part to address the global waste problem...

Super close to the beach and foot spots. Spacious room and bathroom and good AC. Super friendly staff and a nice pool/lounge area. There was also a fridge/separate area which would be handy if you were staying for a long time, however, there was a kettle/jug or anything but I’m sure Ketut would be able to help if you needed equipment.

Nothing, it was fine for me. Some people might not like the rocks in the floor of the shower.

Great stay in Balian. Beautyful garden, nice pool and great staff. Was gonna stay for 2 nights but made it 4. Nice to rent a motorbike and explore the mountains just across the main road!

The atm in town is not reliable!

Just 5 minutes from the beach, it’s truly a green, peaceful retreat. The whole place is cared for with love, spotlessly clean, and incredibly quiet. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Perfect for a calm stay near Balian Beach. we’ll definitely be back!

Compact site but lots of lovely trees and flowers. The pool was great.

Shower had a poor flow, also I did not like the large stones that filled the shower tray, but they can be pushed away to make a flat area to stand in. Had to pay extra to use the fridge in our room. No kettle in our room but there was communal kitchen available.

The accommodation was really clean, and the host, Ketut was friendly, funny chill guy and accommodating. It’s also really convenient being near the beach, highly recommend staying here!

Great place, 2 min scooter ride from The break. Lovely pool area. Putu and mate were absolutely lovely and would definitely come back. Value for money is unreal. Thanks for the papaya and coconuts, see you soon’

We so much loved staying with Ketut. It is such a beautiful place with a cute garden and a lot of flowers and a pool with view into the green jungle. It's close to the beach and everything was so easy, renting a scooter, Ketut was always there to help and braucht us fresh fruits from the garden. Simply amazing. We will come back for sure.
