Balian Green Lagoon

Firstly, Ketut is one of the best hosts Ive encountered in all my years travelling to Bali. He is friendly, helpful and take care to make everyone feel at home. He takes fruits from the garden and offers it to you for breakfast! The rooms are clean and comfortable and it a wonderful place to stay.

Ketut is the most wonderful host who does everything possible to ensure that you have a memorable stay and have everything you could need. The accommodation is all newly built stand alone bungalows in beautiful gardens. Unbeatable value and one of the nicest places I have stayed in my 30 years of visits to Bali. I spent a very relaxing 8 days with Ketut in lovely laid back Balian. Short walk to the beach or up to the main part of the village.

Property is located in a really beautiful green oasis which creates a very relaxed and calm feeling. One of the best tropical gardens I’ve seen with lots of tropical fruit trees and almost every native plant you can imagine! The host is also a gem …happy to spend unlimited time with guests ….generously shared coconuts, bananas and fresh chilli’s picked from the garden. He also organised a really lovely bbq for the guests one evening which provided a unique insight to Bali life and hospitality. I stayed in the queen room which is well worth the small supplement over the standard room option! Spacious and airy with comfortable bed and lots of power outlets and useful storage. Swimming pool will be the icing on the cake once open in the next months.

Great value for money and great location if you come for surfing. Be careful going out of the property on the steeper gravel road with your bike as its slippery

Aircon was a bit weak, but did the job!

The host was very nice, he offered us fruit and gave us fried banana for breakfast. He’s also very talkative and loves to have a chat. When the pool is finished this is the perfect place to stay in Balian.

Very nice place to stay! Good accommodation and new villas. The owner prepared us a nice dinner and drinks until late. On checkout he arranged a good shuttle to Denpasar. Nice work, thank you Ktut 😀
