The hotel does not flash and sign board outside and its difficult for my clients to figure out the location. The hotel charged VAT but did not give any hotel bill not any money receipt. On asking questions, they have a standard answer that permission not yet received, but applied for. Booking.com page showed the hotel has one restaurant on site which is untrue. The hotel room was small with no windows. I felt being totally cheated by booking this hotel

"Disappointed with service of late check-out"

Staff and facilities provided

Need to checkout late but got cancelled all of sudden next day. It should be handled properly. Really disappointed with that. Had to take leave from office. This time it didn't met my expectations.
