L'hôtel a du potentiel. Situation, décor chaleureux, courettes MAIS...

La chambre Deluxe n'en a que le nom. Pas de climatisation. Pour avoir une chambre avec climatisation on me demande 20€ de plus. La climatisation fait disjoncter tout l'hôtel tout les 10 minutes. Pas d'eau dans la piscine (négociation du prix). Fuite d'eau au plafond de la salle de bain. Pas du tout de pression à la douche ou à l'évier. Agent d'accueil très peu aimable. Ne semblait pas au courant de ma réservation faite depuis plus d'un mois. NUL

Sam zajtrka in cena. Če za odlično večerjo ( 2x kuskus ) plačali 180 MAD za skromen zajtrk 130 MAD, res pa prej nisva vprašala ):

"Halte sympa à Icht"

L’accueil, la cuisine et le sourire d’Abdellah. La piscine qui est un vrai plus après une bonne journée de marche

Les chambres sont au nombre de 4 autour d’un patio. Si quelqu’un dans ce patio est incivique tout le monde en profite 🤪 Si, non , rien à dire. Il n’y a pas de Clim . Quand il fait chaud ça peut être un problème.

"Niet booking.com waardig!!!!!!!"

Helemaal niets!

Alles. Het zwembad was slechts tot net aan de knie gevuld, vol met groene aanslag en blaadjes. Langs het zwembad kapotte losliggende tegels. De douche buiten was niet te betreden zonder slippers. De plaats rond het zwembad was onverzorgd, leek een bouwval. Geen interesse van de eigenaresse, voortdurend aan de telefoon, veel vliegen. De bedden zagen er schoon uit maar de badkamer was ronduit vies, toilet met vieze aanslag, een douche vol schimmelplekken en de kraan lekte voortdurend. Voor ons geen plek om te ontspannen. We waren vies om daar te blijven en/of te eten. We zijn na 15 min vertrokken. We reden nog liever 3 uur verder dan ons over te geven aan deze troep! We zijn ervaren booking.com gebruikers maar dit heb ik nog nooit mee gemaakt. Wij zullen ook klacht indienen bij booking.com

La comida esta muy buena.

La comida muy buena pero es muy caro.Nos cobraron 18 euros por persona, una barbaridad. El desayuno justo y caro. Nada en general vale lo que cobran.
