Staff are very helpful They speak fluent English Safe and convenient Walking distance to all sightseeing destinations Very good health breakfast, all you can eat Comfortable beds and clean bathroom The building has lift However, taxi can not stop in front of the building. 2 mins walk to the building

Great value, would stay again! Good breakfast and free coffe and water all day. Very nice atmosphere. I parked at Aparcamiento Coche Segovia, a sand place thats free and 15min walk from hotel.

Muy comodo, limpio, simpatia del personal, muy buena ubicacion. Desayuno normal. 24h tener cafe, leche, agua, fruta y yogur gratuito. Nevera en la habitacion q enfriaba mucho. Seguro q no m lo pienso una 2 vez y lo voy a recomendar

Excelente estancia en este hotel. Hemos viajado con nuestra mascota y la han recibido con mucho cariño y le han dado una cama y un comedero. El desayuno muy completo y el personal muy amable. Definitivamente regresaríamos! Excelente ubicación
