"Great apartment let down by poor communication"

Lovely spacious and modern apartment. Location an easy 10-15 minute walk from the old town

Poor communication. No response to multiple messages prior to our trip asking for check in information, including calls and texts as we were standing outside the accomodation with our luggage in 0 degree weather at the designated check in time. Finally got a message with instructions after over an hour, just to find the room still being cleaned and we had to wait another 20 minutes for that.

Lokacija, labai patogi, norint pėstute pasiekti populiariausias lankytinas vietas ar kavines, restoranus. Patiko self chekin'o funkcija. Patogi miegamojo lova.

Trūko švaros: kambarių grindys, dušas nešvarūs. Trūko virtuvės įrankių. Naktį kiti gyventojai grįžinėjo į savo apartamentus, tai viskas labai gerai girdėjosi t. y. prastoka garso izoliacija. Šiek tiek pyktį kėlė ir tai, kad labai vėlai, prieš pat atvykimą, gavome informaciją kaip įeiti į patalpas (bet ir tai, kai pati pradėjau ieškoti atsakymo). Labai nepatogi svetainės sofa.

The location id perfect

We could not find the bed sheet for the second bed. So, we had to remove the cover from the blanket and to use as the bed sheet.. it was not nice from the flat owners.. the owners knew there would be 4 of us, so both of beds will be taken in to use..
