The room was very clean, and the breakfast was good. parking was good. The staff were friendly

It was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. We drove around the block 3 times.... It would have been good to have had facilities to be able to get a drink in the room, maybe a vending machine or facilities in the room, i.e., tea coffee water. We were told breakfast was at 8, we were waiting in the outside facilities in the cold, after messaging the owner we were told that it would be open at 8.15. However, when they did finally arrive, they were most helpful and the food was good.
