The hotel is OK, very clean and good nice rooms very confy bed.

The way receiving the guest is organized is bad in my opinion. We received a whatsapp message where to park, we parked there and had to go behind a restaurant to get checked-in. There is no reception, so we got our keys in the back of the kitchen. We woke up early in the morning, to get the breakfast around 7:30 and leave but the restaurant where we supposed to have breakfast was closed and nobody answered the phone when tried to call, after we paid for the parking and left, after 8:00, we got a message from the owner that they serve breakfast at 8:30 and they open the restaurant at 8:00. So if you are an early riser, this hotel is not suited for you. Everything else was good, just the way the things are organized there were not the best for us and there was no information anywhere we need to leave later if we want breakfast and notmal check-out.

Everything was fine.

Huge private parking. Very kind staff. Very nice restaurant on the site. Good room with all the facilities.

Quite far from the city centre (by walk), but unfortunately that's the price you have to pay in Sibiu, if you wish for a non-public parking.

The room should have refrigerator
