The apartment is in 4th floor, lots of stairs to raise, no elevator. That was a surprise. The warm water tank is small - not enough water for a long shower or gor two quick ones

ROThe owner did respond quickly, and I'm sorry that this situation ruined my experience of a few hours in the apartment, which otherwise looked okay..
I specifically selected this location based on the parking filter, as well as after reading the unit description which clearly mentions that it offers private parking. I later found out that the 'private parking' is actually paid public parking in front of the house, where you cannot stay for more than 2 hours, and as an international tourist, you cannot pay unless you have a Bulgarian national license plate. The 'private parking' option turned out to be a paid parking lot 300 meters away, where I had to pay for 24 hours, even though I was only staying a few hours in the city. Additionally, the bedroom had mold, which caused me a severe allergy attack from which I am still feeling unwell. The owner did respond quickly, and I'm sorry that this situation ruined my experience of a few hours in the apartment, which otherwise looked okay..
GBIt was such an absolutely lovely apartment, bright and sunny with a fantastic balcony I had coffee on each morning. Everything was very clean and well cared for, and the art and decor very charming. Sure, there are a lot of stairs but that's written in the description and is what gives it such a fantastic view!
The shower/wet room didn't drain properly, so you could only turn the water on for about 5-10 seconds before it would flood the entire bathroom.
BEBeautiful, clean, quiet appartment. Lovely!
There were some ants if you leave something on the worktop. They didn't do anything, but liked our cookies.
ROEverything! Location, the sunset on the balcony, the attention to details. The apartment is clean and really nice decorated with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Also, the communication with the host was great. Definetely will be our choice from now on.

It's on the 4thish floor of a building without an elevator. So just a heads up for those for whom this might be an issue :)
BGThe apartment is located in the central part of the city in a quiet neighborhood. There are two metro stops nearby. It is very nicely furnished, exceptionally clean and has all the necessary amenities. The hostess is very kind and responsive. The only inconvenience if you are traveling with a lot of luggage is that the apartment is on the top floor of an old building with no elevator.
