Great location for my needs, found the apartment with key box, the instructions say the first floor I come from Scotland and the first floor is 1 up, I went up to the left door and tried the keys no luck, turn around and tried the other door, no luck, went back to the first door and tried the keys again, I heard a woman behind the door, she said that the ground floor is called the first floor, went down stairs ground floor left, flat was great, home from home feel, nice and clean and tidy, the only thing was that the WiFi wouldn't connect online, sorted itself for 2 days then out for 24h and was ok on my leaving day, the mobile signal was strong so not a big deal, I need to go back to Sofia again really soon and will be really trying to get this apartment again. Hope that helps P
