Villa Laperosa

The villa was absolutely beautiful with stunning views. Toni was very attentive to any of our requests/questions before and during our visit. Definitely want to return!

Amazing views over the town area! Villa was seriously packed with everything you’d need for a holiday break with large comfortable in and outdoor space. The pool (cleaned daily) and gardens were kept immaculate.

You do need to be aware that going down into town is easy, getting back up to the villa in the heat isn’t for everyone. Luckily the town bus is every 40mins and stops very close.

Self catering, however tea/ coffee/ sugar all provided.

The villa was perfect for our group of 13!!! The bedrooms and living room were pleasantly larger than the photos indicated. The garden, outdoor setting and pool were perfect! The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook most nights. Toni was very welcoming and helpful during our stay! The views were spectacular!

The kitchen wasn't perfectly clean but nothing we couldn't fix ourselves.

This villa lived up to expectations - what an amazing place. The villa itself had everything needed to make our holiday one to remember. The host (Toni) was great, always on hand to assist as and when required, arranging our taxis, boat trips etc. He was always available on the phone and would drop everything to help if he could, often coming to the villa. The views from each of the bedrooms overlooked the harbor, which is such a beautiful place. The restaurants and bars are also really good, we didn't have a bad meal while we were there. Great for seafood lovers In terms of location, Cavtat is essentially on a hill so although its just a 10 min walk to the harbor/ beaches it is down and then back up a pretty steep hill. Which was fine for us, but not for the older family who just booked taxis (no more than about 8 euros each way). You can also get a bus from right outside the villa. All in all, an amazing villa in an amazing place with great hosts. Shout out to Sara too who came every morning to clean the pool and ask if we needed anything.

If you’re a big party or family, look no further than the Villa Laperosa. Toni the host can’t do enough for you and the Villa is in a prime location just up the hill from the main centre of Cavtat. It has all the facilities you will ever need and a view to die for across the bay. It is very clean throughout with every room having air-con and a very comfy double bed. The outside has ample room either in the garden or beside the pool area to find a space to read or just have that time alone for a few hours. The pool area is wonderful looking out across the bay whilst sitting drinking a cocktail or glass of wine. I have to say that the Villa Laperosa 4 is a little peace of heaven in Cavtat ! Thank you Toni for wonderful holiday !!

Only down side is the walk up and down to the centre, but to be honest it helped walk off all the great food and wine consumed during the evening. I can't think of any thing else I didn't like.

The house is well laid out and has beautiful views over the sea. Each room has a huge, comfortable bed, en-suite and air conditioning. The pics don’t actually do justice to the house. The swimming pool was a welcome relief from the heat and the house stays lovely and cool with the air conditioning. Toni is spot on with his communication- responding very quickly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and we would certainly return.

Loved everything, apart from the fairly steep climb back up to the property from Cavtat! Can’t be helped though - and you wouldn’t get those lovely views!
