"I have stayed in better appointed properties for less money with more facilities."

Good location close to park and ride for Durham. Close to supermarket, chip shop.amd an.excellent.pub (the Sportsman). Beds comfortable and a nice bottle of prosecco on arrival.

Living room sofa very uncomfortable. No side tables. No coasters for cups/glasses. Very little useful information in property folder. No large mirror in bathroom. Toilet very inconviently positioned behind the door. Virtually no cleaning products, even bin liners.

Nice little house and had everything we needed for long weekend away. Short drive in to town/retail park.

Within few mins of supermarkets. Off street parking. Lounge diner was spacious for BBC a small property . Beds were okay and shower.

No wardrobe in twin bedroom. No proper Mirror in main bedroom . Bathroom was a bit tight around toilet and basin; floor was not great in there. Cupboard under stairs was not clean and iron board was poor.
