Alexandra Apartment

Host was fabulous and incredibly helpful. Apartment was spotless and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. Aircon in bedroom was great and air-cooling unit in lounge worked well for us. Perfect location for us, a minute and you're in it, but was peaceful and quiet. Cooker was disconnected but I wouldn't have used it anyway. We'll be back.

Couldn't get WiFi. But many locations in the port, so all was OK. Not too easy to find as no house signage. But the host was looking out for us.

The location link is incorrect, the check in process was really poor. The AC remote was hidden and the hot water system was turned off and we weren’t told so had a couple of cold showers.

Lovely home from from experience, Alexandra is a wonderful host. Very accommodating and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Located within a few.minutes to the centre of Gaios, it's an ideal base to explore the beautiful island.

You'll need to keep windows in the bedroom closed at night as it can be noisy with traffic.

Location very close to centre, nice balcony with a view and a breeze. It was comfy and clean! The host was very, very friendly!

Beautifully presented and spotless. All facilities included and balcony gives a fantastic view. Alexandra made sure we had averything we needed. Highly recommended (as long as steep inclines are not a problem).

Located on a VERY steep hill and there are stairs to climb to enter appartment. NOT for the frail or infirm. Only bedrooms had air con therefore lounge unusable due to excess heat.

This property was beautiful, and very clean. The location was right next to the centre of Gaios, and around a 15 minute walk from the ferry. We had a wonderful 4 days here! Alexandra lives next door and was very accommodating - she let us keep our bags at the property before checking in as we had got an early ferry, which was really helpful. Alexandra’s adorable cat Bibi was often wandering outside the property, which we loved!

Be aware that Alexandra comes into the property every day to empty bins and open windows for ventilation - on the first day we were very alarmed to come back to windows and doors being open, until Alexandra mentioned she had been in later on. There are no batteries in the air conditioning remote, however there are fans in every room. We also could not find a TV remote but this was not a big problem. The stove and oven have been turned off so be aware you can’t use these. The hot water in the shower does not last very long.
