"Eroare de management al rezervării din partea hotelului"

Am primit notoficare de evaluare Hotel Ildis din partea Booking, fără să fi stat cele 3 nopți așa cum rezervasem pe data de 25 aprilie 2025. În ziua precedentă cazării am fost înștiințați că nu mai pot onora rezervarea de 5 camere deoarece se cazase un grup de sportivi pe data de 22 august și au uitat că mai există 5 camere rezervate pentru perioada 26 - 29 august. Ne-a fost oferită posibilitatea cazării la o pensiune care ține de acest hotel însă nu era satisfăcătoare și am renunțat, informând hotelul că trebuie ca ei să facă anularea rezervării nu clientul, vina aparținîndu-le.
