For starters, they didn't send me the check-in details even though I have asked them a day before my arrival. Upon my arrival, I asked them again for check-in details, but got no response. I had to call using roaming fees to get hold of someone and then had to wait further so they could send me the details of how to collect the keys. They did apologise for it. The apartment had cigaret smell, not properly clean (hair on the sink, disgusting mould and dirt in the bathtub). I had to buy cleaning products and clean the dirt before I could take a shower). The mattress had no cover, it was dirty and the bed sheet just laid over it. The covering sheet had a sort of a perfume smell, not of a fresh detergent smell, if you know what I mean, which made me think it has been used by someone else before. I could not use it. Cutlery in the kitchen dirty and all of different sets (as in a mix of someone else's used cutlery). There was also a used bottle of water on the kitchen table...
