nothing

even after making half the payment in advance and sending him the SS when called on the day of stay he denied us a room because his entitled self believed that even after getting a confirmation from booking.com and paying half amount 10 days before hand it was our duty to call him and ask for his permission or surity that we had a room.. after this, his KiNd self offered us a crappy room for 1200 and left us with two option, to either take the crappy room or to frick off in a new town.
