Very pretty decor, comfortable space and great location, near the park and the centre

It could be better sound-proofed, we heard the couple in the next room talk.

Very good location.

Everything was great. Location is good. Very clean appartmant that has all necessities (more than you need on vacation). Feels like you are at your own home. Has a lot of room for your persinal staff. Bathroom is also big. Florinda was great, we had two small requests for her on which she was immediately responded. Definite recomrndation from us.

We were greeted at the train station by Florinda with a warm and sunny smile befitting the south of Italy. She had offered to pick us up and send us to the property, located across the public gardens on the other side of the historic centre. Thus a great location. The La Romana gelateria just a stone's throw away round the corner. There were aircon units both in the living area/kitchen and bedroom, perfect. Bedroom spacious with nice warm lightings. All cooking facilities were there. Florinda even ran back up to the apartment to hand us a roll of rubbish bin bags! What can I say, she's the best!

Can't fault the property apart from one very teeny weeny request for a sharper kitchen knife perhaps?

The apartment is really cozy, well-equipped, and better looking than in the pics. The location is great, just a few minutes from the city center and 20 min from the main train station.

The only thing I didn’t like at all is the video surveillance inside the apartment. Some kind of Ajax system with one Wi-Fi HD camera with a motion detector inside the kitchen and living room. There’s nothing mentioned about that on Booking and the owner didn’t inform us about that. It was the first time that I saw a camera inside the apartment and I traveled a lot. I booked an apartment to have my own privacy. Expect that everything was great and the owner is easy to communicate with.

Location and that there was a clothes washer.

No screens on some windows.

The place is roomier, prettier and more comfortable than I thought on base of the photos. It's really close to the city centre (walking distance) and the supermarket (DOK) is even closer. There is also a good oven (but no oven dishes) and a good washing machine + laundry rack.

During the night, there is a small green light that you can't turn of wich lights up the whole room. So even though the windows have shutters, it's not very dark at night. Not ideal for light sleepers.

Real Italian apartment. 5 min walk to the old town center. An urban neighborhood with many shops and cafes. Mosquito net exists, and AC worked as well. Fully equipped apartment. Very clean and tidy. The wi-fi was fantastic as we had to work. Nice host.
