Excellent location. Private Beach is just 8-10 min walk or shuttle bus can take you. Very good variety of food. Very kind staff. Very good Beach bar and Beach facilities. Despite some minor obstacles would recommend for families with children.

English language is hardly understood by the staff. There is no possibility to heat anything for babies during the night. Milk or food can not be heated.. they were not interested to help us with this request.

the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Always smiling and ready to help with anything. Additionally, the beach transfer was super useful during this hot weather.

it was very loud in the room during the night, we travel with a child so we always appreciate more soundproof rooms.

Good value for money. Transfer to the beach, and a beach club where you can also eat and drink for free. Balcony. The loud music stops at a reasonable time.

Hardly anybody speaks english. You still need to pay extra for fruitjuices or orange juice. For location, all the stores around only sell fake goods. Balcony wall is so high, when you sit you can't look over it and have to look face to face to a wall. Probably nicer if you stay there and are German, which I was not. Since about everybody I heard speaking was German. Was nog a big fan of the food, but for the price it was fair.

Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. thanks to all the staff. food was good. It was very good to have a shuttle to the private beach. On this occasion, thanks to the driver, Mansur. We had a comfortable holiday with our one and a half month old baby.

I liked the admission from the front desk. The front desk fellow allowed me to come early in the day before check-in time. By the way, the booking.com reservation was not reflected but he made the same price as in booking.com. The food was good, the pool/water slides were good also, as well as the beach. Most of the staff was friendly. The hotel was clean.

First, I did not like how my guests were treated, they were not allowed to be even in the lobby. The internet connection was quite poor, it would be better to make it paid to have less traffic. The child program did exist but I needed to make extra effort for the afternoon program, the morning program was completely canceled. A lot of stuff did not speak any foreign language. The bus to the beach could run more often. The lunch was over at 2 pm - it was too early, a standard is 2:30-3 pm. Smoking outside was everywhere - it was quite unusual for the US visitors.
