Amoreira Room I and II

toileteries were provided. the room and toilet were clean. the area had good access to public transport. the host was able to accomodate my requests for late check in and early check out. a fan was provided in the room. the shower had good water pressure. there was a bidet in the toilet.

the comode needed some very minor repair work (the seat needed to be screwed in properly and the flush button needed a cap.

We had a small room to ourselves and access to a shared kitchen and bathroom with our host.

Our host was not very friendly, did not even say goodbye when we left.

Location

No thing bad

Room is cosy and quet, if you close the window then you hear literally nothing from the street. It is a room in a private appartment, but the owner Tomas is very pleasant and can help you with tips on Lisbon, just ask what you want to know. He was busy while I was staying so I unfortunatelly barely have seen him. Along with the room you will get a shared bathroom (clean and big) and stuffed kitchen. Bed was very comfortable, as well enough room for your things. The appartment itself is situated in basically non-touristic part of the city, but at the other hand there are many cheaper and great places to eat and a nice 20-30 mins walk in the evening and morning, but you can use bus or tram as well. As well there is a very nice part of the sea front nearby with a few more places to visit.

The property is on a good location.

The host was really polite, however, he did not include the info in advance that he's also living in the apartment. We were a group of girls and it was really unexpected for us. The space is not big so it was kind of hard for us to have privacy.

The district looks safe, 10 minutes bolt ride from city centre, the location is ok for its price.

The cleansiness of the bathroom / toilet is not super good; the lock of the bathroom and apartment) is difficult to use (haha..); lack of sign (will be great if there is some signs to indicate the location/ photos of the directions)

Good Location. We had Privacy. Really good host. Clean Room and big bed. Lisbon is amazing City.
