House bed cover and towels not clean .as much I expected and cooking dishes less beside that all good .

Nice flat, clean and well equipped. It was nice, we have new things to dish wash (it is not common in some apartments)- for me it is big advantage. The flat is well communicated with other parts of City: buses and tram. Also close to train/ bus station Setę Rios (30 minutes by walk or 8 minutes by bus).

Sofa in the living room should be fixed or change. It is very difficult to sleep there as it is worn out.

Location

40 steep narrow steps to get to the apartment without elevator. We are in the late 60’s with very heavy luggage . Fortunately we are fit otherwise I would have worst. In the description should in BOLD, this issue

Good location and excellent check-in instructions/communication by Cristina. Bed was comfortable and air-conditioning worked well to keep the room cool through the night.

Sink tap in the bathroom was really slow, with very little water coming out and taking ages to warm up.

Easy check-in and check-out. Helpful staff. Good location.

Leakage in the bathroom. Staff provided extra towels to keep the floor dry from the leakage.
