Impossible to find

Staff was friendly and nice.

Dirty, noisy, old furniture and facilities. Everything, from windows to bathroom must be renovated.

Challenging to find. It is NOT a hotel. It's a pensao, or quasi hostel on a 7th floor. The street entrance seems for an office building, not an accommodation. I passed by 4 times until a waiter at the cafe next door told me it was there.

The signage at the street to find the location. The name, calling it hotel is misleading. It would be fair calling it small hostel on a 7th floor.

Convenient for a short stay. Pleasant enough facilities and good shower pressure and temperature.

Too expensive for what it is and since it was 2 people we could've had 2 sets of keys.

I missed the refrigerator.

It was okay to stay for 2 nights.

I barely had any communication with the staff. They are either not there, or don't speak English. So I did not bother. The bed sheets were not really clean. Or maybe they are just old. The hotel itself is on the 7th floor and everytime I walked in late I felt I would wake up everyone on the floor, like it is a dorm, not a hotel. Also felt like someone will just walk into my room any moment as you can hear everything from outside (including the noise form the street because old windows do not block the noise). I suppose this is a good place to crash for a few nights as it is for affordable, but I can't say there was much comfort.
