Great location, big apartments with awesome view, good breakfast at Hotel Radsor

When we arrived there was no hot water and heating for a few hours until someone came to fix it Friday at 21.00, I think they should check this EVERY TIME before new guests arrive, to make sure everything is working! Bathroom has a very bad smell (probably from the plumbing/sewage system), we only had one piece of toilet paper in the apartment (Friday-Sunday) - it's the little things that matter, in my opinion. I didn't feel like it was worth paying 500 RON per night here, but if these things are improved, it could be a 10/10 experience! Reception staff didn't seem to care too much either.
