"They are totally fraud"

Only the location is good...

Firstly don't book this serviced apartment... Their firm belongs to Dubai and they do AED transactions ... They guys are doing Fraud ... They have charged me 15288 in AED instead of INR...that comes INR 349000 and after conversation they refunded me back ... But because of this blunder bank has charged me a mark fee which is INR 28000. OSI service apartments are not paying this. ....if you guys will book their apartment please make sure they guys will do the same thing with you also... please please Don't book them...

"Location is in very high traffic zone. Morning, you get a smell of industrial waste gas leakages."

Keys collection mechanism.

Room has a bed only for two person and there is no bed for third person. However, while booking it was informed that sofa cum bed is available in the room for extra person. They gave a extra mattress which was not comfortable and bed sheet was dirty.
