OSI Apartments BKC Kurla West

Everything in the house was clean. Check in and check out was a breeze. Could locate the place very easily.

For a reservation of 3, I would expect them to "clean" the spare blanket and pillows used for the pull out couch. I literally had to pull out someone else's hair from it. Unacceptable when you are paying 6500/night.

the property was well maintained and the staff was very helpful. The best part was someone put in a lot of thought into having everything in the apartment you’d need including kitchen utensils and even tea! only thing i’d suggest they can add is dairy creamer and instant coffee to the kitchen rack! :) however we did miss a bottle opener.

The only downer to the property is the locality. the approach is really narrow. I wish it was in a better place that way. :) That is the only reason I’d be inclined towards other OSI homes like Bandra or some place else.

services extremely poor. booked it for 4 guests. pillows only 2. poor cleanliness. staff dosen't respond, bathrooms pathetic. had to repeadtely ask for towels, no napkins in house, no door mats. poor geysers. No curtains. no place to change clothes. no privacy between to beds. dont ever stay with family, or two couples. absolute unprofessional. dont go on the rating. its bogus.
